Returns/Exchanges While we hope you are pleased with your purchase, if you found yourself not completely satisfied, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you. Please email your contact information to Sales@Clamtainer.com so we can reach out to you during regular business hours to discuss a solution and/or provide a “Return Authorization Number”. General Guidelines Returns made within 30 days of purchase and that include a RA# are accepted. Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned via the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking information for your return. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded (less shipping fees) to the original payment method. If you do not have your receipt but we are able to verify your purchase through your account information or credit card, you will receive a refund to the original payment method. Otherwise, a merchandise credit for the item’s lowest selling price will be provided. Returns Process Simply include a copy of your invoice, your RA# and the items you wish to return in a secured package and send it back, insured, by any carrier you choose. Please keep a copy of the package tracking number for your reference. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Exchange Process Looking for a different Clamtainer instead? You can exchange for a different item within 30 days of purchase. Simply include a copy of your invoice indicating the new item you wish to receive in exchange. If the price for the new item is lower than the original item, we will refund the difference excluding shipping charges. If the price for the new item is higher than the original item, you will be responsible for the additional cost. Place the copy of your invoice and the items you wish to exchange in a secured package and send it back, insured, by any carrier you choose. Please keep a copy of the package tracking number for your reference. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Your new items will ship via our “Saver” shipping method (regardless of the original shipping method) at no charge. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us at Sales@Clamtainer.com with product information and pictures. We will work with you to offer you an acceptable solution. Damaged Items If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please us at Sales@Clamtainer.com. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without first contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. Limits of Responsibility We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
